Now firmly rooted in our new digs in Concord, CA we have a ton of new stuff to share. 2016 has been a year of rapid expansion that has dictated a need to add more classes, a new coach, and widen our scope of coaching and fitness services to include 1:1 personal training and Spartan/Obstacle Race Coaching and preparation! 

We are now offering Computrainer classes on:

Tuesdays: 5:30am, 8:30am, and 6pm

Thursdays: 8:30am, 5pm, and 6:30pm

We have added Functional Fitness classes at 5:30 and 8am on Mondays. Group Swims on Monday evenings, 7pm. TRX classes Wednesdays at 5:30am, Speed, Strength and Run classes Wednesdays at 6pm. Contact us for details of how to reserve your spot in advance. Class sizes are limited!

We are also expanding our capacity to provide 1:1 swim coaching and video analysis, run analysis, and functional movement screening/training. Contact us for details!

In order to provide our athletes with the highest level of service possible, we will be changing physical locations soon! This will allow us to provide our athletes with a large enough space to provide structured group and 1:1 strength and conditioning, TRX, mobility workshops, computrainer/indoor cycling sessions, form analysis, and weekly swim sessions to all of our athletes.

Tri-Active Endurance is proud to welcome new coach, Jeannine Kuck! Though she is no stranger to the Tri-Active Family, Jeannine has decided to take a natural talent for working with athletes to the next level.

About Jeannine:

Jeannine earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University in 2001. In 2004, she graduated from McKinnon Massage School in Oakland, CA and quickly learned that in order to bring the full benefits of her working knowledge of the human body to the public, she would have to start her own practice specializing in injury prevention and treatment for active people. Her expertise in deep tissue and trigger point therapy allows her to meet the needs of her clientele.

Realizing the importance of a deeper understanding of muscular strength, balance, and movement, Jeannine earned her certification as a Personal Trainer at the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2007. Quickly, Jeannine became thoroughly versed earning additional certifications in corrective exercise, core strengthening, balance training, neuromuscular patterns, plyometric training, TRX, nutrition, and post rehab exercise.

In 2011 Jeannine was bitten by the “triathlon bug” and has since excelled and has earned her way to several podium finishes across California. As an age group athlete and short course specialist, Jeannine is a multiple time qualifier for the National Olympic Distance Age Group National Championship and has established herself as one of the top performers in the Nation at the Olympic distance.

Jeannine is happily married with an 8 year old daughter and two dogs. She also owns/operates a massage therapy practice and enjoys CrossFit when she is not training or competing.

Jeannine’s demeanor, her ability to effective communicate with people and her extensive knowledge of the human body and its movement, in conjunction with her passion, dedication, and excellence in multi-sport performance makes me extremely fortunate to have the opportunity bring her on as a Coach at Tri-Active Endurance!


Triathlon Research Coaching Certification

Coach Rob has been heavily involved with Triathlon Research over the past 6 months. As 1 of 3 out of 23 coaches earning a certification as a Senior Level Coach and Form Analyst Expert. Working directly with Bob Seebohar, Bobby MacGee, Siri Lindley, Rebekah Keat, Erin Carson, Mirinda Carfrae, Eney Jones, Reem Jishi, Gerry Rodriguez, Ivan Gorman, and Shane Eversfield has had a tremendous impact on Rob's coaching style and in turn has benefitted Tri-Actve Endurance Athletes at all levels. Rob will be working along side Craig Alexander, and the Sansego team in Kona on Sept 21-29 ,2015. 



We are proud to announce the opening of our CompuTrainer Studio! Our new Multi-Rider studio has limited space so please call ahead to reserve a trainer. Fully coached classes are held Tuesday and Thursday's at 8:30am and 6pm. Our studio classes are held at 1083 Performance located at 936 Detroit Ave, Concord, CA.
